Dr. Jeffrey Fong is a board certified pediatric dentist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He grew-up on Long Island and he attended Georgetown University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Psychology. Following graduation, he pursued a career in finance in investment banking. After working in the finance industry for several years, Dr. Fong decided to follow his childhood aspiration of becoming a pediatric dentist. Dr. Fong then earned his D.D.S. degree from Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine.
Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Fong joined the pediatric dentistry residency program at Columbia University-New York Presbyterian Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. Here he gained extensive experience treating medically compromised children and children with special needs. He has also traveled to Cambodia with Kids International Dental Services to treat impoverished children.
Dr. Fong is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, College of Diplomates of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and the Chinese American Dental Association.
Dr. Fong currently lives on Long Island with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys playing tennis and piano, skiing, watching NY sports, traveling, and singing karaoke.
